Late Arrival: Within 10 mins: Remainder of scheduled time without fee adjustment. Over 15 mins: Reschedule; booking deposit non-refundable. Payment: Varying fees apply; communicated at booking. Deposit and cancellation fees billed to the client's payment method. Appeals considered for exceptional cases; decided case-by-case. Enforcement: Strict adherence maintains efficiency and fairness.
